Perhaps you’ve tried to feel better already by reading some books, or speaking with friends. What you probably want is for learnings to stick and contentment to last. When we team up in a coach-coachee partnership, that’s exactly what we’ll aim for: lasting change and more regular moments of joy.
I am passionate about letting people see and experience that they’re 100% OK as they are. I believe there is nothing we need to “fix”. We can however shed light on the mess that we learned to survive with (thoughts, beliefs, habits, perspectives), and deal with them one by one.
I can’t promise you’ll overhaul your life completely and start afresh on a deserted island from one day to the next. What I can do is provide a space where you can befriend your Self again, and gently nudge you to see that you’re quite a capable and cool person. While you start to see that, you will also start believing that change is possible for you, and take action accordingly.
Whichever case is yours, and whatever challenges you are dealing with, I have your back, and help you find how your situation/dream/transition can work for you. You learn to let go of what you think you should, and recognise avoidance and flight behaviour. You practise supporting yourself to make life decisions based on who you are and what you need. Your commitment to yourself is key. I offer you no-nonsense feedback, support and accountability. I help you find your courage, increase your self-awareness and strengthen your gut feeling. Starting a coaching journey is signing up for being guided through a transformation, for creating significant change in your life. That requires commitment from both of us.
Before deciding on any investment, here’s the steps:
- Contact me or book a call
- We spend time together in a complementary 45 min. conversation
- We decide whether we start working together (1:1 or in a small group)
- We make a plan tailored to your needs and book your first session
Delivery
We meet at least 7 times, every one or two weeks. You'll have in-between-session support through email or messaging to help you through tough times and keep you going. Plus homework and resource suggestions
