Facilitation for your group
Helping creative collaborations thrive
How - When - Where
What if you could start your project without the pressure of needing to get it right? What if the group could take off from a neutral place, rather than from feeling stressed and having something to prove?
As a facilitator I help creative projects, groups and collaborations ensure what needs to be in place for the group to work together openly, safely and sustainably.
This is done by putting a structure in place that enables:
> emotional safety
> group wellbeing & dynamic
> sense of acceptance and being heard
> everyone’s input to be valued
> personal leadership in group perspective
> sustainable impact
> lasting change
> learning to listen and daring to speak
Effective collaboration happens when all individuals are accepted and expected to show up as themselves. The group benefits as a whole from everyone’s potential being present and ultimately the creative work and output thrives.
Setting the tone of a collaboration happens at the start. I therefore recommend to arrange a first meeting at the beginning of a creative process. For instance, before the start of a rehearsal period.
If beneficial we meet again for checking in one or more times, depending on the range and needs of the project. For bigger groups and groups located in the UK – I work together with my colleague Luke Bailey, coach, facilitator and performer.
Facilitation and workshops can take place online. However, once the situation allows it, I can join you anywhere in Europe or Israel. My home base is Berlin.
There are other ways in which I can provide a workshop or facilitate group coaching for your organisation. For more information and bespoke options, please reach out.
